Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get a custom-made piece?
Contact me with any information you already know – size, colors, etc. We’ll talk it over and I’ll work up a design sketch and pick fabric swatches.

Is there a design fee?
Yes. There is an initial non-refundable design fee of $250.00.

Will there be a contract?
Yes. Once you approve the design and swatches, a simple contract will protect both of us.

What about payment for the finished piece?
You will pay ½ the contracted amount when the contract is signed and the rest on delivery. Due to variation in complexity and size, I cannot give you a cost estimate prior to the design.
